We are new users to Spooky2. My husband did the 11 day Terrain protocol with no herx reaction. He is now on BioFeedback scans and we are running those results along with some other programs once a week. Being that I still have mercury fillings in some teeth I did the Terrain-(minus) Mercury. I did get a herx reaction and paused and backed off the program several times and finally stopped it and started the lowest terrain possible, I think .25. Completing that program I am now running the Terrain-(minus) Mercury once again having no herx reactions. I am running this terrain-Mercury along with some Allergy programs that seem to be treating me just fine. So overall we are using prudence on ourselves and Spooky2 and doing well. Thank you.
