It was me with the flu and I felt a huge difference after one spectrum sweep, ended up running it only for 7 hours or so because felt better and Then just run the detox 🙂 on top of that lots of vitamine C, zink, water and if you have and can go with try MMS. It usually helps me within 2 days, but I usually can’t swollow it, especially when you feel like crap. Good luck!
