I have a small success story to share. I saw a friend yesterday and when I saw her I commented on how nice her skin looked. Later, we were both saying how we have each felt a sense of calmness and contentment of late. I was thinking that the frequencies had something to do with it, but I thought I had just put her in the spiritual frequency set of mine and the nutritional set. When I got home, I realized that I had put her in the skin set and the erasing negative thoughts set. There was one other person in that set and I saw her tonight and I’ll be darned if her skin didn’t look amazing. I’m pretty sure it’s all related.
