I am a Canadian user of the Spooky2 (S2) system. My wife has been battling a blood disorder for over 20 years where her platelet count is extremely high. Now the count is coming down slowly but it is coming down over the last few months since we started using Spooky2. My background is IT, Customer Service, Call Centres, so I am very familiar as to what should happen from a hardware, software update process and Customer support perspectives. S2 may seem onerous at the outset, however with a step by step approach to setup of the hardware (Generators & other devices) and learning the ins and outs of the software it is worth the effort. It takes time to get the hang of it and with the excellent Forum application where you get to see what others are asking about S2 it is worthwhile to spend the time. As to the software upgrades that are No-Charge, updated frequently, and very important to stay with the latest release and not like Microsoft and others it is well tested. Support if you need it is available, timely and extremely helpful. JW Peptides are important as they have detailed explanations on the computer screen of the functions of each peptide. The S2 investment is not minor however the investment into our health is WELL WORTH IT!
