Another physical improvement-hope you aren’t sick of me? I think sharing success helps others on the fence on whether or not to try it. I know that’s what helped me! I am using my hand and able to hold a pen and write! Usually I can not close my hand enough to hold a pen and write anything you can read. It would look like a toddler wrote it and very painful.
