#INSOMNIA BACKGROUND For 3 months, 3 years or 3 decades (depending on how you count) I’ve suffered from insomnia. I sleep…… just at very unconventional times. Or I’d be awake (without stimulants, thank you) for DAYS….. and then sleep normally for a few days…… before the cycle started all over again. (Yes, weird, I know). SOLUTION + Did TERRAIN on 5 XMs for 10 days (not one for half measures) Didn’t record any major herx reactions + Drank 3L of spring water daily + Ran Relaxation, SleepInduce, SleepRestore, Sun, SongsOfSpine, Liver, Meditation, Melatonin, AdrenalFatigue, EndocrineBalance & SpiritualWellBeing OUTCOME + The first day, I went to bed at 0400 — depressed thinking “all this kit does not work” + The next day I changed chain to start at 2000 (figuring it needed some time to take effect) + After that tweak, I have slept each night & every night at 00:30 (and bounded out of bed with mountains of energy) around 0800. Thanks to the wonderful souls from another Spooky board that suggested adding Adrenal Fatique, EndocrineBalance and SpritualWellbeing as I(‘d tried just Sleep before without result If this newbie can do it, you can do it!
