All of my stuff seems minor but I will share this anyway. I definitely felt a cold coming on last night, sinuses were stuffed and throat slightly sore. I thought I’ll give spooky a try. I didn’t want to screw around and I would go with PROV. At 2am I set the “Cold and Flu” PROV program, 13916.02. I just ran it on continuous remote. It is normally a 30 minute program so I ran it 5 hours in total till 7am. I awoke to completely clear sinuses. Yes I am extremely impressed. I know that was 5 hours but maybe the remote works better than we might think. I won’t forget this program!
