Just wanted to share good news!
I’ve had chronic elbow an forearm Inflammation for almost a year. I had an MRI after my first round of physical therapy that showed a partial tear. I went through another round of physical therapy and also did five sessions of shock wave. It helped some and I was cleared to go back to the gym and lift light. I instantly felt the inflammation return and continue to get worse…but felt like it wasn’t dangerous to lift and hopefully I could strengthen over time if I did it right. Four months later and the inflammation is chronic. I feel it when I lift a kitchen pot at home or carry grocery bags by the handle. I even feel it when I do nothing.
I finally got the peptides downloaded and started the tendonitis and other tendon related peptides as well as psoriatic arthritis. Today is day five and I would say I feel about 75 percent better.
I do have psoriatic arthritis that has shown up in my knuckles and fingernails when I eat gluten and other inflammatory foods but I have been really good at my diet for a couple years – so havent felt like the inflammation of the arms would be the arthritis if my finger nails and knuckles are in good shape…but just in case I am running the psoriatic peptide.
