I’ve been running this custom set as a post-workout protocol for a while now and I’m quite happy with it.
It seems to me that soreness and stiffness is minimized or alleviated, and especially since the weather has warmed up and I perspire more, running this I find that I feel less taxed and weary. I tried to focus on factors involved with physiological functions related to workout recovery, avoiding muscle soreness, stiffness and general fatigue as well as facilitating endurance. My research pointed toward mineral and amino factors involved in reducing lactic acid and muscle, cardio, circulatory and respiratory support. I also worked in some essential oils that seemed pertinent.
I’m still experimenting with variations but I’d be interested in feedback from others who try this set or similar variations. I’ve been quite satisfied with square wave, repeat frequency x 3, Dwell: .50, Amp 20, and default Duty and offset. Using BN remote exclusively. I also like increasing duty cycle, but I think straight default is effective and will not use code for settings here, so that people can try frequencies on their own or maybe even with contact if they want.
Running it like that with Repeat Frequency at 3 and dwell at .5, takes 4:18, so that’s fairly long in duration and why remote is ideal.
It’s hard to know for sure, due to other variables, but I think that launching this set when you leave for the workout seems to put a little pep in the step and increase endurance. I feel good running this during and after exercise.

I couldn’t remember for sure the forum protocol for posting frequencies, so I used the “Code” format button. I think that’s what was suggested. Excuse me if that’s not the preferred method.
