As a follow-up to my experiment, we bought this tree Dec 3. It was in a tree lot for at least one week (without water) prior to us buying it. After buying this tree, I let is stand outside for two days in water and then brought it in the house. I put 3-4 needles in my remote and ran healing frequencies and also watered the tree daily. Today is January 7, 2017. The tree is remarkably fresh – having held up remarkably well (not many needles on the floor considering how many lights and ornaments were removed).
