I am very thankful for spooky and optimistic about this intensive care program.

I’ve been using the intensive care program for 8 days so far. My primary issues are Lyme, mold, parasites, and cancer, and not necessarily in that order. I’m using only two generators because I loaned my other two out to a friend with shingles.
Here are my results so far.
Following my first night connected to Spooky a Saturday, I had a miserable 24 hours of herxing. Every day after that this past week I have felt better and better. On Wed, Thurs, Fri, I felt good enough that I was able to work on building a portable deck for my R.V. in 100 degree weather. I was under the shade of a roof with a shop fan on me, I poured water in my head when I felt too hot, drank a gallon of water and moved at a slow and comfortable pace. at the end of 6 hours I felt completely exhausted but in a good way.
I’ve had Lyme for over 20 years and toxic mold poisoning probably as long, I rarely feel good enough to do anything physical. It was wonderful to be able to sweat (which my body has not been doing properly) and be active and productive.
Although I have been diligent to drink a gallon of water a day and half of it by noon, 4 nights in this past week I have had to get up several times to drink and use the bathroom.
Saturday was so good I felt like I could go jogging, (but I did not lol). Saturday night to Sunday night I had another miserable 24 hours of herxing. Miserable is an understatement.
It is now Monday morning and 8 days have passed since starting this intensive care program. I slept 6 hours straight last night, woke up super thirsty and a little sore which could be from my building project and over all I feel like this is going to be another really good day.
I am very thankful for spooky and optimistic about this intensive care program. I’ll post an update in another week.
