I found the sounds of the frequencies to have an effect. The first time I did Spooky was with a friend’s set up. I’d heard of Rife, but not Spooky. I was willing to give it a try. I was recovering from pericarditis and pericardial effusion. I used the plasma and ultrasound. I could hear and physically feel the frequencies with the ultrasound and I could sense my mind and feel my body recognizing them in an “ah, this. This is right” kind of way. I don’t know how else to explain it.
I returned weekly for more sessions, still using the plasma tube but switching tens pads (they were more convenient for me to use).
I’d been taking meds for 2 months, but it was slow going. Three weeks after my first Spooky session, I had an echo-cardiogram. My cardiologist said I could stop taking the meds.
I absolutely know that recognizing the frequencies audibly and feeling them physically as a kind of low buzz made a difference. It removed doubt. It wasn’t entrainment. I’m familiar with that. It was effective none the less.
I now have 4 remotes, btw.
