Another succesful experimental preset.
DH_0164 Relax.
I broadcasted (send information to my DNA sample) this preset yesterday in remote for about 4 hours during the day and I had the most relaxing evening. I just felt completly at ease. All is well.
Not long ago I had emergency brain surgery and they had to drill 6 holes thru my skull to address the brain bleeding, while the surgery was successful, my nervous system has been a bit anxious after surgery. Makes sense….
The DH presents really help with an anxious nervous system. Helps balance out the sympathetic and parasympathetic. DH_0245 helps me with this as well.
I also broadcast many of the other DH presets as well during the week. I have noticed since using the DH presets my meditations are deeper as well and dreams..OMG dreams are soo vivid!
Perhaps have a try with the DH presets, I think your healings may happen in a more coherent way.
