Success Story! Trigger Points
Unusual movements sometimes lead to painful muscles, such as trigger points, or myofascial pain. Just a few days ago I gave myself a very painful back and shoulder. Normally I would reach for the rather venomous trigger point ball, but instead I thought I’d find out if there is a Trigger point preset in the Spooky software. And there is one! This is how I did it:
Preset: Shell Empty Presets, Healing JW, Contact Mode (Tens Pads; in this case 1 on the back of my shoulder and 1 at the back of the armpit, always a sensitive spot).
Programs: 3 min Tendon Repair,
21 minutesTrigger points program (Description: Diffuse Myofascial Pain Syndrome
WDB5. Chronic pain in multiple myofascial trigger points (‘knots’) and fascial constrictions. See Fascia programs, and Fasciitis).
I have never had any strong reactions to the frequencies, so I was a bit shocked by the rather vigorous vibrations that ran over my back. It was as if some vicious gnome was working on my knots with a little hammer:). Frequency 7500 was especially strong, but these sensations were only short-lived, so it was not hard to sustain. I ran this program twice and a few hours later I noticed that the pain was a lot less! And a day later it was gone!
It’s good to know about this great solution as a substitute for painkillers. Thanks Spooky Team!
