Hey, all the talk on vitamins. Check this out. I had acrylic fingernails for 30 years. Time consuming and costly. When I got cancer I took them off and never had really nice nails again. I only use Spooky2 for vitamins. Especially biotin. Once in a while a vitamin B. But these are all my own nails..All natural. Sounds a little vain but I am definitely a girly girl . Love it!!!
