I had posted previously about Solfeggio frequency 528 changing my hair color. As an experiment, because I heard it could reverse gray hair, I ran it via remote in an empty shell preset along with other custom programs. I ran it for approximately 33 minutes a day.
I am a very private person and don’t like my pic up on Facebook, but the change in hair color was so obvious, I had to share.
The single (last) photo is from today. All pics were taken in full sun so that the lighting would be the same.
ETA: the other custom frequencies were not consistently the same. I’d run a BFB, or anxiety, or a broken bone frequency or whatever I was in the mood to run. It wasn’t until I routinely ran 528 that I noticed a difference.
