I have been exercising my whole life. Two years ago, I started experiencing pain in my left calf. I visited a physiotherapist who told me the pain was caused by fatigue and lack of strength in specific muscles. For two months, I worked with various exercises, but the pain shifted to my left hip. I visited an orthopedist who diagnosed bursitis and gave me a hip injection. From that moment on, I had severe pain in the back and hips to the point where I couldn’t sit. An MRI showed I had a disc protrusion at L5 and S1. The protrusion wasn’t severe, and different doctors recommended not operating. I spent months taking medications that caused continuous cystitis, had over 20 sessions of traditional physiotherapy, and each time I had more pain. A spine expert managed to reduce the pain through exercises, but I still couldn’t sit for more than 30 minutes. I visited more physiotherapists, a neurosurgeon, and two osteopaths, and I was able to sit for a few hours on some days with some discomfort. I bought a Genx Pro and some XMs to help my father with a chronic degenerative disease. During that time, I visited a rheumatologist who suggested my pain might be coming from reactive arthritis combined with the disc protrusion. I followed the Terrain protocol and then remotely ran some programs for my back, hip, reactive arthritis, nerve, tendon, and joint regeneration, and I experienced some relief. When I could dedicate the Genx Pro 100% to my healing, I started doing BFB scans and treating myself remotely with the resulting frequencies with another generator. I am happy to report that after seven weeks of doing this and running the Terrain protocol for the second time, the pain and discomfort in my back, hip, and calf have disappeared by 90%, and I am finally returning to a normal life. Thank you very much, Spooky2!
