I really love my Spooky2 Central unit, specially when used with the plasma tube or the ultrasound, or both at the same time. After 7 months of daily use to treat a skin condition, the unit suddenly stopped working and I had to call for warranty support. I received outstanding customer support from Vicky Wang, and from the company’s engineer, who correctly diagnosed the problem and sent a new part to fix it. They also replaced a malfunctioning plasma tube at the same time. Their written instructions for diagnosing and fixing the problems were very clear and well illustrated, and I had no trouble doing the repairs. I should add that my wife and I have found their Spooky Quick Guide and their online manual very clear and informative, and meet a higher standard than any product documentation I have seen from other companies. From a user’s point of view, their system is very well designed, and I find their software very intuitive. Thanks to the extremely comprehensive database, the system offers a wide spectrum of treatment options. As well as the Central, my wife and I are both running Generator X remotely, and she invariably notices if the generator is off because her tinnitus comes back. We have both benefited from running biofeedback for both diagnosis and treatment. I highly recommend this company and its products.
