Okay so now that I have 4 generators working I am currently up to Programs 5-8 detox, artefacts, lesions, itch, slime moulds. When the program began I felt it inside my body, around the area of adrenal glands. It actually hurt a bit, but now I understand this as a good sign.
When I woke up today, I am expelling slimy goo from my mouth. Drinking tons of water.
