Throughout my life, I never really put much thought into my food choices. I ate frequent meals, snacked whenever I felt like it, and just ate whenever. I thought, “Hey, I’m young, I play sports, I lift weights, I’ll be alright.” As a result, I was diagnosed with male pattern baldness in my early 20s. For the first time, I felt like I was beginning to understand the basics of reality. For about two and a half months, I’ve been running the Morgellons and Lyme presets, and in any remaining time during the day, I run frequencies related to tackling hair loss using Spooky2 Remote. Here’s how I do it: First, I choose an empty preset in the “Preset” tab, then select “Universal Square H Bomb” for one remote. I found a few hair programs and saved them as original user presets with personal names. My preset names are goofy, but I think it makes them more fun.
