It is the third time l have caught it from chicken, through my brain function preventing me from remembering to take great care, and chicken being my main source of protein due to intolerances and imbalances of biochemistry.
So l started twelve hours later at midnight with the diarrhoea so managed to get my gen set up and some frequencies ran. But l had to go to bed. Later on, l found John Whites settings for killing and hunted out my boost.
In the meantime l was drinking an electrolyte mix. I ran freqs for two hours with contact and pads on my belly and the diarrhoea seemed to have stopped but my kidney area was sore due to the lack of fluids l think. Had l not been taking electrolytes l would have had to go into hospital at that point l think to avoid kidney shutdown on iv saline.
I took my hot water bottle to bed to let my body do its clear up and the salmonella has definitely gone after that two hour session. Thanks spooky.
