Shortness of Breath & Constipation Gone

I have suffered from constipation and shortness of breath. and this spring he shortness of breath got really really bad, and would not go away, to the point i could not even work, and it was miserable; massive anxiety. Also my constipation got even worse over the last year. So i went to a naturopath, and tested positive for SIBO and SIMO (methane dominant), where I understand the methane gas produced by methane producing bacteria called “archaea” can damage the intestinal wall, cause constipation, and possibly cause shortness of breath. So, i tried the things prescribed by my naturopath, .e.g., Low Fodmap, and probioics, etc. So at this point i was still having constipation and massive shortness of breath, although i was 25-30% better after a few weeks, so i was able to work, but not really enjoying life much. So, I am still searching for solutions. I own a Spooky2 Rife machine. (both plasma and contact mode, and remote mode). I have used it in the past to get rid of Covid, flu, and Lyme. Its great at killing unwanted bugs (e.g., bacteria, viruses, etc. ). So, i was wondering if my Spooky 2 could heal me from SIBO/SIMO. I tried the SIBO codes on contact and Plasma mode, but that didn’t really help much. The methane gas is produced by methane producing bacteria called “archaea”. So I did a search for codes in spooky2 under Archaea, but nothing came up. But, then I discovered that the term “Archaea” was invented/created only a few years ago, and it seems that the Spooky2 Rife codes library was created at least 10 years ago, hence this explains why “Archaea” was not in Spooky 2 list of programs (bug) that you can target. Some articles say M. Smithi is the culprit for SIMO/methane gas SIBO/SIMO. So i ran those codes in contact mode for a few days, and didn’t see much relief. But there are a bunch of additional Smithii codes/programs, and there are a bunch of codes/programs with “methano” or “methane” in the name ( I was assuming the names of these bactera indicate that they produce Methane gas). So, i ran all of those codes/programs under DNA shell preset continuously overnight in contact mode, and for maybe 2 hours while working at my desk (both contact mode and plasma for a couple of hours each day while wroking at my desk). I did this for maybe 3 – 4 days, and I am now about 95% well. My shortness of breath is 95% gone ,my constipation is gone. For contact mode, i put one contact pad on my upper left hip, and the other contact pad on my lower right rib (one contact pad on left side, and the other on the right side of body, near my intestines), so that the energy is applied between my stomach/intestines.
