Never have I experienced such a great customer service!! ❤️ Not only do they respond fast (even though we are in different time zones), but if you write a long e-mail with many questions – they take the time to read it all and respond thoroughly to each individually question. It clearly shines through that the customer team is very competent. Being new to this – I have only run Spooky2 for 36 hours so far, but this night I got better sleep than I have had in months (running a sleep program, parallel to Terrain Protocol). Looking forward to exploring this amazing product further, with the support of “like minded peers” on forums and the fantastic customer team!
