About two weeks ago I managed to refresh an old lower back injury while digging my 100yrd lane from snow and dragging firewood. Sore back turned into a nightmare, where every muscle spasm felt like being stabbed in a back. Next morning, after sleepless night I wasn’t able to move except, careful rolling from back to side but I was able to pull Spooky and laptop close enough to connect everything together. I decided in favor of a few available programs related to the disc and set the wave for sawtooth, 20V amplitude. I kept running steady for 5 days and nights but improvement wasn’t satisfactory as I still couldn’t get up. I decided to change wave into damped sine while keeping all other settings the same. Next morning I discovered that I can get up and walk with assistance of chair without any discomfort. On following day I was able to walk without chair and even take a shower. That was 5 days ago. Two days ago I started using nutmeg essential oil with coconut oil as a carrier (1:4 ratio) by rubbing on the affected area. Healing progress is no longer subtle but very visible, day after day.
I thought to share my ordeal together with screen shot, just in case someone suffers from similar condition. I use one channel, one remote and couple days ago added magnet in BN mode, as suggested by Linda 🙂 . My remote is 1.0 and modified so I can flip magnet at will.
I don’t dispute application of sawtooth wave for healing in general but somehow thought of spinal column as being more sophisticated and complex system thus, decided to use waveform which is natural, like a ringing bell.
