Spooky2 is the most amazing company. When learning a new ‘system’ of health care, Customer Service is very important. At S2 it began before I even purchased my first generator. In 2023 I read reviews on here and decided to buy a S2 product. An agent on the S2 website CHAT helped me decide what was best for my purposes (no pressure at all to choose a higher-priced item!) The GenXPro kit was suggested. It was the Perfect beginner product to buy (it actually consists of 2 gens and numerous accessories – everything you need.)
Some of the things I love about Spooky2:
- they sure know how to choose their agents. Since I bought my “Spooky” I’ve often used their CHAT for quick info/answers to my questions. Agents will even work with you, walking you through things, and making sure you don’t need any more help before ending the call.
- Excellent, sturdy, amazingly well-made equipment!
- Wonderful assortment of programs, including their new “Peptides”. One of these helped me regain some of my lost hearing and countless people have been helped immeasurably, even to the extend of them avoiding surgeries doctors had deemed necessary. In one of those cases a dog-bite victim’s pain level when from 9 down to 2 in 4 hours, and the severed nerve in his ankle healed so no surgery was necessary).
