Just wanted to share a few findings regarding weight loss.
I’ve been running a few programs on remote for 4 days now and I have no appetite. Normally, I think about food all the time, and as soon as I have lunch I’m thinking about what I’m going to have for dinner. Since I started running these programs I have disinterest in food. That is unheard of when it comes to me!
I love cooking and have always been a massive foodie. Also, I have no desire to overeat either. Made some pearl barley risotto with mushrooms and steak and only had about a quarter of my usual portion and had no desire to eat anymore. Normally, I would polish the entire thing and have a few more helpings later. I’m definitely going to keep running them – this is very interesting indeed!
Just wanted to add that “emotional eating mix” on the list of programs I listed is my own custom program made out of: Emotional eating from DH experimental, BACH fear remedy which gives me a very nice warm calm feeling in my stomach as I usually overeat when I’m emotionally stressed, solar plexus chakra 6 times (only 3 min long) as it is connected to the stomach/digestion and Emotional patterns release.
