What did you have for lunch? I had a filet mignon, avocado, and a side of EpiPen! ![]()
I was diagnosed with alpha-gal on 9/30/25 and haven’t been able to eat red meat or have mammalian byproducts since then. Since the peptide for alpha-gal came out, I have been using it nonstop. Now, I’m baby-stepping my way back into introducing meat into my diet.
So far, I’ve had ZERO reactions to beef or pork!!!!! I’m still being very mindful and watching how my body reacts, but THANK YOU SPOOKY2
for helping me take my life back from alpha-gal!!!
I used remote and plasma. I used my plasma tube for 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening. The rest of the time, I used the remote.
