I use to be really against the idea of help. I didn’t want help from anyone because I desired healing to be accessible to all.
Well, it is, and I began to understand my lack of desire for help was because of my resistance to using money.
It was when I made that realization that I became resistance to help entirely because I felt that by trying to get it without paying, I’d overwhelm the non-professionals (free help) attempting to help me.
I was trying to clean and declutter an entire house full of everyone’s mess, mostly my own, with people who weren’t trained in cleaning and decluttering, and had no idea how to deal with my stuff, let alone theirs.
See, there’s nothing wrong with cleaning the house. Cleaning the body (house) for health is doing things like eating healthy. That 15-minute spruce-up before guests arrive is like a juice cleanse. Maybe you only have 5 minutes, so that would compare to a water fast.
What’s the problem with this? Your house is still cluttered. It should be cleaned. Otherwise, you feel gross, but cleaning isn’t the solution or the problem entirely.
Some people are blind to their mess and live rather happily in it. That blind person was me while I was an otaku living in my collection of clutter. Indeed, I was unfulfilled in life and filled it with stuff. It was somewhat fake happiness.
So it’s not a bad idea to clean, but the mess is going to keep happening, or the amount of constant cleaning will exhaust you. You may even be so controlling over it you’ll miss out on life because you’re always in your house cleaning and cleaning and cleaning.
Considering the mess of our house can be a reflection of our emotional state, we need to let that sink in. I mean this in a real sense, both in the body and in your actual house.
Okay, what about using herbs? I see these like specialized cleaners; the natural herbs are the green clean and drugs are like..an atomic bomb, *cough* (kidding). They’re more like the chemical-laden cleaners many often purchase, cleaning your home and make you sick at the same time- oh boy! Disinfectants that claim to kill 99.9% of germs are just destroying your immune system, which is the beneficial beast in your body that can live in a bug-infested environment and be like, “It’s okay. I got this balance thing DOWN! I’ll protect you!”
Okay what about the Spooky2 machine, then?
I see it as a highly trained robotic ninja maid that knows precisely how much to clean, when to clean (with your permission), and what to clean. They know a little about decluttering too! Yeah, they cover the emotional body’s aftermath of trapped emotions!
They can sync up with your house and program themselves into the system. The house and maid are working together.
Want to point out: because Spooky2 works with frequencies, it’s the next level and can work on a vibrational level, CLEARING TRAPPED EMOTIONS! But if you keep bringing junk into the house, the ninja maid will always be working. You’ll regularly have to have the maid doing the same jobs.
“I feel like the maid; I just cleaned up this mess! Can we keep it clean for… for ten minutes!” – The Incredibles (and all moms).
They can complete a job, which is cool, but similar tasks will come around again, is what I’m trying to say.
Decluttering your home has to be mostly done by you, and it begins in the emotional body. The emotional baggage- or the emotional clutter. You and only you will be in charge of changing the beliefs of your childhood trauma.
The ninja maid can release trapped emotions, but you need to work on bettering your belief system and expressing your feelings. The emotional body wants to be felt and validated.
The reason I purchased the Spooky2 is that I was at a place where I needed a maid’s help. I had SOOO much clutter and was in a position of continuously bringing it in. Cleaning became controlling, and honestly, I needed to hand it over to someone.
Not just anyone though. Yes, I was working on getting an actual person to help, but people have lives too. Spooky2 belonged to me, it was my life, and I controlled it as such.
I help of course. I clean regularly, but I no longer rush before guests are about to arrive because my maid’s always on it.
For a while, my maid had to play catch up, and it exhausted me. It made me feel a little sick, honestly (Ha ha. Joke. I actually got physically ill.).
I think the most important thing for me is accepting that I was blessed with it. I was receiving help, accepting a cool form of assistance.
Yes, healing is all within us, but being grateful is looking to that person who just cleaned your house entirely and saying, “Thank you, I needed the help.”
The other form of help is the teachers. The people that point out the mess when we’ve done so well to not pay attention to it or got too overwhelmed when we did see it. Although it may be harder to hear, I think that in this life we need to be willing to accept all forms of support if the opportunities come to us.
Accept that when someone cleans your house, you still need the information and knowledge from the messy house, but it’ll probably be easier to get it now because you have more time.
Accept the people that guide you. The people that know about the mess and can lovingly walk you through it.
Accept that even though someone may have cleaned your house, it is up to you to take care of the belief created from the original vibration that made the mess in the first place, or else it will manifest in other ways as you keep functioning based on that old belief.
Accept that, you and only you, have the answers from within. Everyone else can merely go off of what you give them.
Most of all accept that it’s okay to allow blessings, money, help and being fortunate.
Your being one step ahead in the game will bless the lives of those who are 12 steps behind. You’ll have the energy and strength to say, “I’ll carry you because I already walked the path. I know where to go.”
I want to cover some critical things when using a Spooky2 or any other rife machine:
1. Journal.
The Spooky2 (depending on what you run) can release trapped emotions (it is just stuck energy after all.) as it clears your energy pathways.
Something I’ve learned from being an energy healer and working with The Body Code is that emotions sometimes need information know before they can be released completely.
They’ll keep coming up until you know what you need to.
By journaling all your feelings (because, trust me, depending on what you run, you may be emotionally messy for a while.), you’ll connect the dots and information and get it out of your head, entirely releasing it.
Maybe things like, “Oh I got that from my dad!” Or, “oh I remember that event!”
Journaling is like breath. It’s multi-purposed. (Breath can be used to warm your hands and to cool food down!) It can help you manifest things you want to the universe, so it can help you release energy you carry. That energy then just becomes words to reflect on, and it’s no longer a part of you as it’s been released.
Journaling is a form of expressing emotion. Something we need anyway. I mean, suppression is why we get sick in the first place.
2. EFT. (Emotional Freedom Technique)
This modality can help in the healing process. If you’re sick and in bed anyway, why not work on some shadow work to aid the body toward improvement?
It doesn’t matter who cleans the house first. What matters is the house gets cleaned and decluttered.
Take the time to change your beliefs.
Trapped emotions are only trapped memories of the emotional body.
Negative or limiting beliefs; however, are what keep the universe giving us those outcomes we don’t want.
We want to reflect our heart’s desires. Our body indicates our emotional body, and so does our life. Our beliefs reflect our emotional body too, so you’re going to be in charge of doing the work here.
A robot ninja maid can’t force you to have a different belief, even if she can help declutter some trapped emotions making you blind to the truth.
EFT can obviously help in changing beliefs. I have experienced this.
3. Take actions.
Think of the life you want to create as healing takes place.
How can you cause less suffering? Be freer? Make more money? Help more people? Manifestation using CURRENT mindset is in your hands too!
Set goals, be human, experience emotions, create connections!
4. Drink WATER!
Water is a primary cleansing machine. Pathogens/negative emotions/negative energies all carry toxins. It’ll be clearing toxins in general.
Drink more water! Flush your system.
5. Prepare for detox.
Hot flashes, sweating, feeling gross, headaches, having weird things show up.
Contact mode (compared to remote mode.) is powerful. I don’t have the plasma machine, yet, so contact was my option.
I felt the most from it when I was attached to it via tens pads.
I was showering every day, working out, dry brushing, laying down and just feeling emotionally on and off.
I was mostly sweating though. My skin broke out at first too, but as the pathogens related to acne left, it was mostly just sweating.
Like there’s a whole bunch of things you can experience so don’t freak out! Make sure you monitor everything.
Also eating mostly plant-based does help a person feel better during this cleansing journey. As I was doing this, I felt so hungry. I craved the densest foods. Dates, fats, tempeh, bananas, but also A LOT OF GREEN JUICE! Oh my goodness, I had one every morning and just chugged it.
I finally started retaking my dōTerra multivitamins during the process and found I didn’t need to eat as much.
Apparently, when detoxing intensely, your body needs a lot of nutrients! (Durr!)
The other reason I was eating so much is that I was emotionally eating and that goes to my first points about clearing trapped emotions.
6. Prep and support.
This point is HUGE, okay?
Study! Research, learn, and when you get your machine, join the Facebook support groups recommended.
I honestly didn’t see much progress physically or emotionally until I learned that contact mode was the powerful one, and until I worked on my resistance to using the machine.
I also had to learn not to run SO many programs at a time, to use the biofeedback scan, to be patient, to detoxify the body first and lots of other tidbits.
Also, because I believe the emotional body is the place we need to look to first for our answers, I was so resistant to the machine. Then I was confused and angry at myself for being so emotional all of a sudden while using it. THEN I put the pieces together that it clears energy ways and trapped emotions too! All of a sudden being emotional made sense to me and I chose just to validate and listen instead of resist and criticize.
The reason I bring this up is that I actually got to a place of suicidal thoughts and beliefs. I couldn’t understand the skin breaking out, all the negative thoughts coming up, all the bad memories. Because I didn’t comprehend what was happening, I got scared, and I fell into self-hate and self-blame.
Practice validation for everything you feel and take rest. Continue to look to the community for support and your friends, family and yourself.
Don’t do it alone if it scares you. Prepare yourself.
7. REST!
In The Body Code training, and many other emotional or energetic forms of healing, we speak about healing crisis. It’s basically detox symptoms.
Its so important while this process cleanses your emotional and physical body that you rest. Keep the journal by the bed side while attached the machine, have EFT on your tool belt, but rest.
Sometimes you may feel like you need to burn a whole bunch of energy; in that case, sweat it off, move, workout! But don’t do it out of obligation.
Now is the time to make better choices, begin to understand yourself, validate yourself, express your emotions and take care of your body.
It’s messy, but this machine is a blessing.
It can be an energetic robotic teacher for you if you let it.
So this is why I use a Spooky2 machine.
