Wanted to share a spooky success that is HUGE for me. I dread night time and sleep because that is when all my symptoms get worse. My body goes numb and my bones feel like they were injected with concrete. I feel like someone is holding me down. I can barely lift my head off the pillow. It is very painful and I cannot sleep. It stops once morning comes and it begins again at night. I asked and muscle tested what programs I needed to run to stop this from happening to me and I switch my generators to them at night time and it has stopped happening. This is YEARS of it happening. Making it depressing to go to ‘sleep’ each night. SO GRATEFUL AND THANKFUL.
